Whether you wish to commission a composer to write a custom score, use existing material, or purchase a music library, this discussion with our panelists can help you avoid legal pitfalls often encountered when scoring your production. TIVA has arranged to have three experts in the music field lend their experiences for this event: *Attorney Brian Goldstein is with the Fairfax, VA firm Fettmann, Tolchin & Majors, P.C. (FTM) and specializes in entertainment work and litigation. Director Alex Pikas has won 18 Addy’s over just a three-year period while he was at Arnold Advertising. Known for his hip and edgy director’s eye, Alex is in demand by such entities as PBS, Discovery and Clarendon Entertainment.
Todd Hahn is a professional composer with Invisible Players, and has been writing music for film and TV for 25 years. One of Todd’s specialties is composing music for political campaigns.
